Welcome to the IT Support Center, focusing the efforts of support teams within IT Services so you can easily get the assistance you need.

Email us at help@it.ucla.edu or call (310) 267-HELP (4357). Support analysts will take down the details and route your question or issue to the applicable IT Services group.

Please note: We now provide 24/7 phone support for UCLA Logon ID lookups and password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA)/Duo assistance, and for access assistance to on-call staff for operational emergencies.

The IT Support Center is located on campus at 124 Kerckhoff Hall.

Summer Session 2024 front desk walk-in hours:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
